Regency Retirement

To provide housing to independent seniors who are 62 years old and older.

Regency Retirement is ideal for senior individuals and couples who live an independent lifestyle, desire freedom from daily routine, and enjoy the company of a community of friends. Regency has 24 apartments of varying sizes. We are a secure community. We offer free transportation to jDr., shopping, hair appointments and fun outings. We rent month to month. We have free laundry, attached garages, entry security system, dining room for social and fun activities, library/pool table area, social calendar. The apartments are individually controlled climate, kitchens include full size appliances, ample storage and closet space, and plush carpet and easy-care vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a weekday dining program that is optional, emergency call system, and indoor and outdoor maintenance. The current average age of residents is 86 years young.
