The Region 15 PTO Perpetual fund is committed to providing assistance to Southbury and Middlebury families who have a child in a Region 15 school and experience significant financial expenditures due to their child's life threatening and/or life altering medical condition. Through fundraising efforts and generosity of community giving, the Perpetual Fund is able to respond directly to the needs of children and their families and render support in the spirit of families and neighbors helping one another.
