Picture this: you’re a parent who has just experienced the devastating loss of a pregnancy or infant. As you grapple with your grief and confusion, all that is offered to you is a stuffed animal for comfort and a few pamphlets for guidance before you are sent home from the hospital. For many grieving parents, this is their reality. While these items may be helpful in the immediate aftermath of loss, they often don’t provide lasting answers or support regarding healing and moving forward. What little help out there is often scattered and hard to find. 

We want to change that.

Remembering Cherubs, is Detroit’s first and only bereavement resource center dedicated to pregnancy and infant loss. We understand the need for ongoing support following a loss, and we are unique in our approach, bringing together a diverse range of resources into one convenient space. Through wraparound services and support, we walk with parents from the moment of loss through the journey of healing.
