We are a nonprofit organization with a big heart. We care about our community and are invested in helping to build healthier lifestyles for today and tomorrow. We strive to build effective partnerships to ensure that patients and families have access to excellent resources. We act with integrity and accountability in all our interactions through transparency, fairness, and ethical conduct. We are passionate in our commitment to the kidney disease community and their families. We do this through community health fairs, educational forums, free blood pressure screenings, and assistance with transportation to dialysis treatments.
