We strive to reduce the rate of euthanasia throughout Utah and outlying regions. In our first 4 years, we have saved more than 6,000 dogs that otherwise would have been killed in shelters. We believe every dog should have a home.
We rescue dogs from shelters state-wide and the Intermountain region. Our fosters bring them into their homes, feed and care for them, and bring them back to health--preparing them for their perfect forever family. While most require to be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, other dogs require much more help.
The dogs that are in need of additional medical care when they get to us will be treated—possibly for the first time in their life. Puppies who suffer from parvo or mange, starving dogs who previously lived on garbage to survive, ACL repairs, dental work, broken limbs, heartworm … the list goes on.
Some of our dogs come to us feral, reactive or with other behavioral issues that require training. We work with local trainers to socialize, desensitize, train and undo the past that has scarred these dogs.
Our goal is to transform unwanted dogs in to dogs that people can’t wait to take home and include them as part of their family! Your generous donation goes directly to assisting these sweet dogs to a better life.
Rescue Rovers is a 501c3 non-profit, so your donation is tax-deductible. Every cent we raise is put to good use! Our team is all volunteer, and medical is our greatest expense.
Help us help them. Won’t you please click and donate today? Thank you for making a difference in the life of a forgotten dog.
