Rescuers Relief

For several years I owned and operated Wind & Willows Ferret Rescue. We have dedicated our energies toward taking care of ferrets in Northern Nevada.

Sept 2012, I landed in the hospital with a stress induced heart attack. I was blessed to already have a network of friends and volunteers that could step up and step in while I healed. But, I began to worry about the other rescuers. After much thought and family discussion, we decided we needed to “Rescue the Rescuers”.

Rescuer’s Relief, Inc. was created to provide an opportunity for dedicated ferret rescuers to take a much needed respite..
We are currently mid way thru our fifth year on the road.
In an effort to continue provide our services FREE to as many ferret rescuers as possible; we are seeking small business sponsors interested in making a difference on rescue at a time with us,
