By participating in GIVE BIG, the community can partner in Invest in Excellence, a comprehensive fundraising campaign launched in 2011 to support students and academic and career technical programs. The campaign will culminate in 2016 with Riverside City College's centennial celebration and the 25th anniversaries of Moreno Valley and Norco colleges.

Through GIVE BIG your support can also be directed to a specific college or District initiative including:

  • Unrestricted support (where the need is greatest)
  • Century Circle
  • Center for Social Justice and Civil Liberties
  • Coil School for the Arts (opening 2016)
  • Scholarships

 

MORENO VALLEY COLLEGE VETERANS SERVICES

During the 2014-15 academic year, Moreno Valley College is actively assisting 235 veterans reach their academic goals.  Last year, Veterans Services assisted veterans and families with holiday meals. 

The College continues to seek community assistance for scholarship monies and transitional services for its veterans. 


NORCO COLLEGE VETERANS CENTER

Norco College Veterans Club members work tirelessly to support active military personnel with Operation Paperback, Veterans Day BBQ, and care packages while their own needs for a viable Center go unmet. 

Support the Veterans Center with a gift to purchase furniture and computers, or give a gift of scholarship.

 

RIVERSIDE CITY COLLEGE MARCHING TIGERS

Former band members have returned to teach and serve Veterans while others have entertained troops.  One former band member became the Drum Major in the U.S. Marine Band! 

Your gift will allow the music to continue.


RIVERSIDE CITY COLLEGE TIGER BACKERS

The Tiger Backers are the official fund raising arm of the athletic program.  A gift to the Tiger Backers will help the 17 men's and women's teams continue their on-field "prowl-ness."

PERFORMANCE RIVERSIDE

Performance Riverside gives students the opportunity to work side-by-side with professional actors while they hone their craft.  Over the years, this professional theater program has produced actors as well as educators who return to share their knowledge.  Yearly the program seeks to expose the magic of the theater with local elementary studenrts.

Your gift of $275 will allow 30 elementary student to experience the magic of theatre!
