We're excited to announce that Riverside Land Conservancy has a new name, logo, and tagline. In October 2016, we embarked upon a transition to becoming the Rivers & Lands Conservancy!

Since our inception in 1989, and thanks to the support from our surrounding communities, we've protected over 14,000 acres of land and expanded our conservation projects throughout the Southern California region. With our new name, we look forward to truly embracing our growing role as Caretakers of Southern California's Natural,  Wild and Open Spaces.

As an accredited non-profit land trust, we work to protect open space for both people and wildlife. By placing lands in permanent conservation, we help to ensure that natural lands, wildlife habitat, and scenic vistas are preserved for future generations.

If you enjoy hikes to the peak of Mt. Rubidoux, bicycle rides along the Santa Ana River Trail, and bird watching under the shady oak trees of Cienega Canyon Preserve, consider supporting us on Giving Tuesday. Your donation will help support our growing outreach efforts, such as the Santa Ana River Trust and Acorns to Oaks education programs, that connect youth and the community with hands-on stewardship and real-world conservation practices.

You can play an important part in preserving the special places that still exist - together we can inspire a legacy of conservation for our children and grandchildren.
