Riverside Meals on Wheels Inc

Our mission is to ensure that seniors and housebound individuals, in Riverside, receive nutritious meals and personal contact in an effort to keep them healthy, safe and living independently in their own homes each year.

Our dedicated volunteers pick up meals, deliver them across the city of Riverside and check in on our seniors. With the funds we raise from Give Big Riverside, we hope to expand our reach and increase the number of meals delivered. We know there are more seniors in need of a warm, healthy meal and your generous donation can help us reach them!

• Did you know? It only takes $6 a day to feed one senior citizen a warm and healthy meal.
• Did you know? Our menu is reviewed by a nutritionist to ensure that all meals are balanced, nutritious, reduced sodium and meets dietary needs of our seniors?
• Did you know?  Riverside Meals on Wheels also delivers pet food, once a week, to those who can’t provide for their furry loved ones.  We know that pets provide comfort and security for our homebound citizens, so that’s why Riverside Meals on Wheels partnered with the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center to also deliver pet food.
