Rock Harvest Church

We, as a body at Rock Harvest, believe that one of the greatest callings in a believers life is to share God's Word to the lost. One of the best ways to do this is through outreaches - Going out into the community, reaching out to others with the love of Jesus Christ. Showing this demonstration of love and kindness is done in numerous ways. Locally, it could be as simple as a free car wash in the community, or as big as a staduim concert and everything in-between. On an international scale, it's seen in collecting shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child to bless children around the world on Christmas, or traveling to the other side of the globe to help the poor and oppressed people in places like India or the Philippines.  In doing so, we are helping bring others into His kingdom and  making disciples wherever we go. Whether God calls us to reach out to people in Africa or a single mother down the street, the words of Jesus motivates us to walk in His footsteps and "preach the gospel to the poor; heal the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, and to set at liberty those who are oppressed" Luke 4:18
