We work to promote health and wholeness and offer affordable programs for those struggling with food and body image issues.

• Our goal: Expand our programs and create a nationwide network of transitional housing programs across the nation, supplementing our existing recovery program offerings.

Since our founding in 2008, we have educated thousands of community members and helped over 50 clients recover from their disorders.

Why we are passionate about this work...

• 10 million American women suffer from eating disorders (Source: NEDA).
• The mortality rate associated with anorexia nervosa is 12x higher than the death rate of ALL causes of death for females 15-24 years old.
• Only 10% of those diagnosed get treatment; only 20% of this 10% receive the intensity of care they need to avoid relapse.
• In-patient treatment costs up to $2,000/day with a minimum stay of 30 days. Health insurance often denies claims and sends patients home too soon resulting in 80% of patients with multiple relapses and chronic deterioration.

Those who succeed in intensive treatment need a robust step-down program to maintain recovery. We bridge this gap, hosting a unique step-down recovery program designed for individuals ready to fully engage in work and family life.
