Purchase of Rental Proprety to Support RMIC

The Rocky Mountain Islamic Center (RMIC) in Lakewood, CO is looking to purchase a rental property to generate income that will support its activities and related expenses. 

This is the first phase of three phases toward being completely self-sufficient anddonation independent in the future, inshaAllah.   

Contribute to this noble project during this blessed month of Ramadan and help us reach our goal. 

We are contemplating a few potential residential properties (Condos/Town Homes) in the Denver Metro area that will generate a net $600 to $700/month (roughly 9% to 12% annual return). 

Any contribution you make will not only increase the center's equity, but will also be continually responsible for the additional income generated. Think about the accumulated Ajr you'd be getting over time!
