For over a decade, Roosevelt Row CDC has provided tremendous outcomes for advancing creative placemaking in downtown Phoenix.  Through past events like Pie Social and Chile Pepper Festival, to ongoing monthly events like First Friday and our programs such as the A.R.T.S. Market (Adaptive Reuse of Temporary Space) and the Roosevelt Row Academy, we offer ways for the community to come together and share space through the love and appreciation of the arts in the 5th largest city in the country.

More than 25,000 unique visitors come to the district each month for the First Friday experience. Residents in the district provide an impressive 9,100 volunteer hours each year to improve the arts community. Phoenix’s future is bright and the downtown area is growing. We will continuously and tirelessly advocate for the arts and small business in the revitalization the area.
