Rose of Sharon Life Center Inc

As a grass roots service to the community it is our goal and purpose to provide services that empower women to carry their babies to term. The center uses funds supplied by donors and time given by qualified volunteers to provide all services at no charge.  Not only does the center offer free pregnancy tests and counseling, there are classes held to support and guide these young parents for them to provide a safe and healthy future for their child and family.  Classes offered teach feeding philosophies, baby growth monitoring, baby routine, infant care management, the birthing experience, healthy eating, spending wisely and finishing school (GED and tutoring), spiritual wellness, etc.  These young people are also able to spend points they earn by good attendance to shop for new items like diapers, formula, baby food, baby clothes, monitors, baby supplies, car seats, strollers and other necessary items.
