The mission of Rose City Cycling is to promote and foster interest and participation in cycling to improve the overall health and wellness in the communities of East Texas.

Rose City Cycling (RCC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tyler, Texas, dedicated to promoting and fostering interest in cycling to improve the overall health and wellness of East Texas communities. Established through the merger of the Tyler Bicycle Club and FRESH Race Team in 2023, RCC aims to connect individuals of all ages and skill levels with the joy and benefits of cycling.

RCC offers a variety of cycling activities, including road, gravel, mountain biking, and leisure rides. The organization provides opportunities for both beginners and advanced riders to participate in group rides, races, and community events. RCC also emphasizes inclusivity, with dedicated programs for women and youth, including a Junior Team that trains and competes in high school NICA competitions.

In addition to promoting physical fitness, RCC is committed to giving back to the community. The organization maintains over 35 miles of bike and running trails, ensuring safe and accessible paths for all outdoor enthusiasts.
