Rowe Elementary

Rowe Elementary School is a Prek-6th grade elementary school located in Rowe, Massachusetts. In addition to the traditional regular and special education services, Rowe students receive instruction in small group settings, are offered Spanish in all grades four times a week, and receive PE twice and Art and Music once a week.

We presently have four classroom groups; a preschool, a primary classroom for kindergarten through second grade, and two upper classroom groups: one for third and fourth grade and one for fifth and sixth grade students. Students in grades K-6 receive reading and math at their tested ability level, so even though there are four classroom, there are seven reading classes and seven math classes happening every day.

Our school’s focus on Project Based Learning at all grade levels provides students with inquiry based, hands-on, engaging learning experiences. Our veteran, caring staff and small class sizes make for an ideal environment for learning for students of all ages and ability levels. Between our many field trips, fall hike, Berkshire East ski days and proximity to Pelham Lake Park, students in all grades receive many opportunities to learn through interaction with the world around them.
