Salt Lake Donated Dental Services

Since 1990, Salt Lake Donated Dental Services (SLDDS) has provided dental care to the homeless and indigent of Salt Lake with the support and commitment of our community, religious and health organizations, private foundations and individuals. The treatment philosophy of SLDDS is premised upon the belief that a healthy smile should not be limited to those with financial means. With community commitment, our founder, Dr. Ralph Montgomery, believed those with no other access to dental services could receive sorely needed, quality dental care. As the only free safety-net dental service agency in our community providing expanded services, for many, SLDDS is the only access to dental care.
