Samaritan House

Approximately 70 familes are served each month through the ministry of The Samaritan House. We provide assistance with doctor bills, medication cost, utilities, and gasoline for doctor appointments. In addition, used clothing and food pantry items are provided through the generous gifts of churches and individuals in north Talladega County. This organization receives no federal or state funding and operates solely on private donations.  We purchase food through the USDA Food Bank and receive supplies through various food drives at businesses and schools in our community. Familes are eligible to receive assistance every six months.
