Samuel Powel Home and School Association

The Powel Home and School Association (the Powel HSA) is a group of dedicated volunteers — parents, grandparents, family members, neighborhood friends, teachers, and school staff — committed to enhancing the education of our students and promoting a sense of community at Samuel Powel Elementary School.
