San Diego Fleet Week Foundation

The mission of Fleet Week San Diego is to honor, celebrate, and thank the men and women of the military through public events and alliances that increase public awareness of the many contributions made by the Military and the Defense Community to the San Diego Region. We cannot complete our mission without the support of generous patrons and businesses that also believe in our cause.  

Every year Fleet Week San Diego takes over Broadway Pier in downtown San Diego and produces events that allow the public to tour Navy and Coast Guard ships, get up close and personal with Marine equipment, and interact with the men and women who serve. The Fleet Week Innovation Zone is an interactive experience and hands on opportunity to experience the synergy between two of San Diego’s most important Economic sectors: Innovation and Defense.

These events are just two of the many San Diego Fleet Week produces to support and thank Active-Duty Military and their families living and working in San Diego.  San Diego is home to the largest concentration of military personnel in the United States, and for more than 20 years the San Diego Fleet Week Foundation has helped the community meet and thank the men, women and families who sacrifice for our freedom.

All the Fleet Week events are free to the military and the community. We receive no funding from the military; Our foundation is funded solely by individual donations, grants and sponsorships. Every dollar makes an impact, but here are some ideas on how you can support us this year: 

Fleet Week San Diego SDSU Football Classic 

Held during the SDSU Aztec Home game honoring the U.S. Navy, Fleet Week San Diego will host Active Duty Personnel and their families at the November 4th game vs. the Utah State Aggies.  Attendees will be provided complimentary parking, tickets to the game and food vouchers.

$25 - Supports the ticket, parking, and meal for one Active Duty Service Member

$50 - Covers the tickets, parking, and meals for two Service Members

$100 - Covers the tickets, parking, and meals for a Military family.
