San Gabriel Educational Foundation

The San Gabriel Educational Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization founded in 1986 to provide funding support to the San Gabriel Unified School District. 

The goal is to support San Gabriel area public schools in providing challenging and enriching educational experiences that maximize the learning potential of every student and prepares them to succeed in the 21st century.

We accomplish this by:

• Engaging the community in fundraising through mobilizing broad community support for public schools

• Supporting district-wide learning initiatives

• Encouraging teacher innovation and teaching excellence

• Responding to emerging educational needs

• Fostering collaborative projects with community partners

Since its inception, the Foundation has provided over $1,000,000 in financial support for programs, events and projects that have district wide impact serving over 4,600 students in all 8 public school campuses annually.
