Sanctuary Farms, Inc.

Our mission is to build our community by promoting physical health in the community. We manage a community garden where we grow quality, healthy foods using sustainable growing techniques and make these foods available o the community.

Our Interactive Growing Space - Sanctuary Farms has over 1300 square feet of raised bed growing space designed to produce healthy food and provide our community a place to come get their hands in the dirt and learn how to grow their own food. We are growing, tending and collecting seeds on over 100 different fruits, vegetables, nuts, flowers and ornamental plants. We grow seedlings for the use of our visitors and year round flowers to feed our bees.

Sanctuary Farms Apiary - Our honeybees produce hundreds of pounds of local honey annually and they are currently very busy in the garden. We have noticed that everything grows better with the bees here. There is so much to learn and share from honeybee hives. And, their honey stock helps us fund the work we do at Sanctuary Farms.
