Formerly known as the Rape Crisis Center, Brazos Valley, the Sexual Assault Resource Center (SARC) has been providing free and confidential services to the Brazos Valley since 1983. Our organization is dedicated to helping anyone affected by sexual violence.
SARC offers services to all those affected by sexual assault regardless of gender, sex, race, ability, age, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation. We are an open and affirming organization and hope to provide a safe zone for all survivors.
SARC provides counseling and accompaniment services as well as a 24-hour crisis intervention hotline. We serve the Brazos Valley - a seven county area surrounding Bryan/College Station, Texas. For more about SARC please visit our webpage below.
SARC relies on both state and local grants for nearly all of its funding. That said, SARC could not provide our community with vital crisis-intervention services without the support of generous donors and volunteers just like you!
