The San Bernardino City Library Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation formed in 1995 to provide funding for areas of education, programming, materials, capital improvements and special projects. During the City of San Bernardino’s bankruptcy, the Foundation played an important role in maintaining library programs and services that might otherwise have been cut.
