Welcome to the SHDP!

We strive daily to facilitate the transformation of our Pittsburgh communities into an academic environment and infrastructure that can attract, retain, and sustain families and successfully educated leaders and instruments of change.

WHY?

Without intervention in their schooling, there is no way we can expect our children to be successful, in college or otherwise.

HOW?

We believe that all community change begins first and foremost with the youth. Therefore, we hold that by starting as early as preschool, we can provide our children with the elite education that they deserve. By providing personal attention and mentorship, first-rate and cutting edge facilities on the cusp of the STEM fields and robotics, as well as innovative teaching methods and education techniques, we will change our community, starting with the roots.
