Healthcare for those who need it most.

School Health Clinics of Santa Clara County improves the health of more than 4,500 low-income people each year by providing easily accessible primary and preventive medical care. Our five clinics are located on public school campuses in some of the poorest neighborhoods in San José and Gilroy.

Every day, families just like yours and mine come through our doors –  child with a persistent fever, a teenager with depression, an adult with a worrisome lump -- all in search of care from providers they know and trust. At a time when so many people struggle to get by, we are a safe haven that offers high quality healthcare right in their neighborhood.

Your financial assistance will help us offset the cost of health-related services and items that are not covered by insurance. Donations will be used for things like a glucose monitor for a diabetic patient,  a thermometer for a family with young children, a scale for an obese patient trying to lose weight. Our patients are grateful for the assistance, and our providers are grateful for a resource that helps them support patient health.
