Sustainable Community Initiatives

SCI's largest on-going project to-date is the establishment and ownership of Community Forklift, a surplus & salvaged building materials store devoted to community revitalization in the Metro Washington, DC area.  Other projects include deconstruction job training and low-impact (water conserving) development.
