We relentlessly act on our belief that leadership can be developed, then put into practice wherever passions lead. We’re passionate about helping people reach their potential to do great things for themselves, their businesses and their families—and for the community.

The unique experiences, relationships, knowledge and skills offered through the nationally acclaimed nine-month Core Program have helped 965 Scottsdale Leadership alumni since 1986 reach their goals. The program is known for its rigor, depth, networking and hands-on community service. Also featured is “Lead it Forward” group projects. Past groups spearheaded free dental screenings for children, built a community garden, and raised awareness of homelessness with pets — all advancing creative solutions to authentic community needs.

Notably, employers in the community use the Scottsdale Leadership Core Program to help retain their most talented employees – deepened knowledge about the community results in deepened commitment to both community and employer.
