Senior College of Central Nebraska Inc

The mission of Senior College is to provide a diverse curriculum of intellectually stimulating programs and special activities for Seniors and others in the Central Nebraska region. Noncredit courses and programs are designed for:

  • active discussion

  • intellectual stimulation

  • enjoyment

The variety of courses offered through Senior College appeals to active people who are bright, curious and committed to lifelong learning.

Senior College offers classes, field trips, educational travel, special events and lectures on a variety of topics taught by experts in the field.

Classes are taught in “semester” blocks - Fall, Spring and Summer. Classes normally meet for 2 hours once a week for 6 weeks. The Summer semester is only 4 weeks long. SC also offers short term special classes and events, as well.
