Sensory Friendly Dance

Sensory Friendly Dance (SFD) invites everyone, especially Sacramento's neurodiverse community, to experience the power of dance! SFD offers neurodivergent individuals a space to express themselves in judgement-free dance classes, benefit from the physicality of dance, and socialize in a nurturing and sensory sensitive classroom environment. Similarly, SFD’s performances open their doors to everyone in the community by relaxing traditional theater rules, cultivating an accepting environment, and by providing an inclusive space for neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals to engage in the performing arts together.
