In 1999 a group of women from Paramount Terrace Christian Church started praying for a community outreach ministry. Sharing Hope Ministry was born when women from both Potter and Randall County Jails requested assistance with their relationship with Christ and with recovery addiction. The ministry grew and became an independent, nondenominational nonprofit in 2001. Today, volunteers at Sharing Hope send Life Recovery Bibles, Bible Studies and prayer cards to about 7,000 women per year who are incarcerated or reside in addiction rehab facilities in all 50 states.
Sharing Hope Ministry has evolved to include 2 more programs; Patsy's Place Transitional Home and The Lucille and Leo Caiafa JR. Center for Advancement.
Sharing Hope Ministry is Christ-centered and does not receive any government funding. The ministry relies solely on individual, church & business support, fundraisers and grants to provide relevant & life changing services. The Panhandle Gives Campaign is our largest fundraiser of the year and we will rely heavily on the money raised during this fundraiser to continue our mission in 2026.
There is HOPE of Generational Redemption for each amazing woman we serve! We are so honored you are prayerfully considering financially supporting Sharing Hope Ministry through The Panhandle Gives. TOGETHER, we are stronger!!
