Our historical building is currently closed as we undertake this essential work. We are deeply committed to reopening a safe, state-of-the-art facility, but the financial burden is enormous. The combined costs of flood remediation, specialized historical preservation, and necessary structural upgrades have accrued a significant, unexpected debt. We are navigating the high expense of construction and essential repairs that are far beyond our normal operating budget.
