Shasta Historical Society

This year, the Shasta Historical Society is focused on making Shasta County history more accessible to the public. We plan to develop exhibits that are fun and informative for people of all ages, continue to be available for research in the museum, and make changes to our website and app to make it easier for people to learn about our history online.

We have secured some of the funding we need for these projects through grants, but we still need to raise $10,000. Your gift will help us to:

• Develop exhibits that are engaging and interactive, so that people of all ages can learn about Shasta County history in a fun and memorable way.

• Hire a new staff member to help with historical research, so that we can continue to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our visitors.

• Make changes to our website and app, so that people can learn about Shasta County history from anywhere in the world.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn about the rich history of Shasta County. Your donation will help us to make that happen.
