Seniors First serves the Northern Shenandoah Valley of Virginia by offering critical services primarily to adults 60 and older. Through programs like Meals on Wheels, Personal Care, Homemaker Services, and Transportation, the organization helps seniors remain in their homes, supports caregivers, and enhances the independence of older residents across Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, Warren counties, and Winchester city.
