Shepherds Spring Inc

Our yellow and white Big Top Tent that was donated to us by the New Windsor Service Center years ago was destroyed by a bad storm in August. We were all set up for our ice cream social and when we arrived the morning of the event the tent was on the ground. Poles were bent and straps were in pieces. This tent was used for summer camp check out, global village activities, family reunions, pool parties, birthday parties, and more. This wonderful asset to our outdoor meeting spaces needs to be replaced and we need your help. Insurance will cover most of the cost, but we need to pay the deductible. We would also like to upgrade and have sides for the tent which will be an additional cost. This will make the space more comfortable if it decides to rain the day of someone's event. We have set a goal of $3,500!! This will cover the deductible needed along with sides for the tent. The images below are a picture of the tent we are replacing and the tent we hope to replace it with. We are planning to work with Celina Tent to get the new one.
