Families who visit Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH) are not simply receiving medical care. They receive life-saving education, resources, and emotional support. Fathers are encouraged to equip themselves, stay in community + be a great example to their child. Mothers are reminded of their value, provided with nurse-taught classes, and are given materials to fully understand the depth and reality of their choice. 

When a family walks into Sierra Pregnancy + Health, they are reminded that their baby matters, as well as themselves. This hope of Christ is truly the anchor for the next phase in their life.

Providing Hope

Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH) provides a safe place for women to go when they are facing an unplanned pregnancy.  We help them process their pregnancy decision, explain what options are available to them, and provide free medical services such as pregnancy tests and ultrasounds.  As they progress with their pregnancy, we provide free diapers, wipes, supplies, and parenting classes to support them on their journey.  We show her that she has hope for her life and her pregnancy.

Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH) upholds the sanctity of human life by exhibiting Jesus’ love to those facing unplanned pregnancies and by providing necessary resources to empower the choice of life for the unborn.

Our History

Sierra Pregnancy + Health (SPH) was founded in 1999 as a free, faith-based pregnancy resource center in Auburn. In 2015, SPH moved to Roseville and became a state-licensed medical clinic in response to the growing healthcare and support service needs in Sacramento and Placer Counties. We offer a safe, judgment-free, confidential experience.  To this day, services at SPH remain free of charge—funding coming 100% from private donations—accepting no federal or state monies. 

This year, in 2025, our mobile unit is ON THE ROAD! Help us reach her where she is at! We are raising funds to extend our services to areas in need like Truckee, Rocklin, South Sacramento, and Auburn. We will serve the GREATER SACRAMENTO AREA and have the ability to offer her HOPE, SUPPORT, & CARE.
