Council of Three Rivers American Indian Center Inc. for the Singing Winds Food Pantry

A nonprofit organization

To promote the socio-economic development of the Native American community and others that experience the same or similar deficiencies.

We operate the following programs, Native American employment and training, Head Start (3yrs to school age), Early Head Start (infants and toddlers), Family Center, Speakers Burau, Annual Pow Wow (45th year) Native American Elder's Programs, Land Acknowledgements, and Food Bank.
Funding is always a concern for several programs which are the Food Bank, Elder's Program, annual Pow Wow. In addition to these we have many requests for assistance that fall outside of the guidelines of existing programming.

Testimonials

COTRAIC was started in 1969 and incorporated in 1972 when two Native American families met and discussed many issues that had a negative impact on urban and rural Native Americans.
It was decided if the situation was to change, native people would have to do it. We thank the Great Spirt and dedication for our 55yrs. of success.
