San Jose Woman's Club

Since its founding in 1894, the San Jose Woman’s Club has been dedicated to supporting the City’s cultural, educational, civic and community initiatives. More than 100 members meet at the Clubhouse for social and civic events. 

San Jose Woman's Club provides scholarships to San Jose State University students and supports local and women's charities. In addition, the San Jose Woman’s Club shares its historic Clubhouse with many local community and arts groups.

We are raising funds to protect and preserve our landmark Clubhouse, built by the women of San Jose in 1929. The building needs renovations to protect the historic structure and to add amenities expected in public buildings today, such as air conditioning.
