The SLK Foundation's mission is to help families with children that have rare diagnosis and special needs. The SLK Foundation was formed to aid Sean Kisielnicki with his battle with Hunters Syndrome. Through raising awareness, taking part in community events and fundraising, the SLK Foundation continues to help families with special needs and rare diagnosis. Focused on love of family and service to others we will make a positive impact for families and the community. The SLK Foundation continues to grow with a plan of adding families every year.
