Slow Food Utah is one of 150 local chapters and 6,000 members of Slow Food USA. which is part of the global Slow Food movement creating dramatic change in more than 160 countries. We are based in Salt Lake City and represent the state of Utah.  Our organization is entirely volunteer-run, managed by a core group (Board of Directors) and supported by a large number of members, volunteers, and partners in the community.
