Welcome to Rise FM!  We are blessed to be part of the Mansfield and North Central Ohio community.  Our daily radio broadcast of Contemporary Christian music can be heard on 90.7 FM Mansfield, as well as 91.1 FM Ashland.  Our station is listener-supported, which means we are sustained by the generous financial support of families, businesses, and churches in our community.

Rise FM has some exciting news!  Our ministry is merging with River Radio Ministries based in Columbus.  If you are familiar with 104.9 The River in Columbus or 104.5 The River in Wooster, this is who we are merging with.  Together, we will have 15 signals across Ohio.  Our target date to merge is November 29.

Are we better together?  Is this what is best for God’s Kingdom?  After many months of discussion and prayer, we determined the answer to both questions was a strong “YES.”  Together, we can accomplish more for the Kingdom.  We can take the strengths of both our ministries and make a greater Kingdom Impact throughout Ohio.  Together, we will continue to provide our listeners spiritual encouragement, build partnerships in the community, and see lives transformed by the Gospel message.  We will continue to serve you with a message of hope, outstanding music, and terrific concerts.

Even though our name is changing to The River and you will hear new voices, the content will remain local.  You will continue to hear local business and church sponsors, along with community events and spotlights.  You will see us out and about in the community, and we will still have our office in Mansfield.
