Society of Arts and Crafts

For over a century, the Society of Arts and Crafts has been committed to our dual mission: to encourage the creation, collection, and promotion of the work of contemporary craft artists and to advance public appreciation of fine craft. We fulfill our mission through original exhibitions, artist awards, education initiatives, and public programs such as CraftBoston. We also promote the work of contemporary craft artists in our galleries on an ongoing basis.

We are in the midst of a transformative move to a new home in the Seaport District, which will triple our operating space and allow us to fulfill our mission with increased vigor.
