Solano Community Foundation

This fund was established for contributors to the Solano Community Foundation to support general operations and programs of the Foundation.

Solano Community Foundation connects our community with philanthropic resources to grow and nurture a healthy, secure, and equitable Solano County where we all feel welcome, safe, and included. Through initiatives like Building Community Muscle, SCF works to strengthen the entire nonprofit ecosystem by fostering collaboration and creating pathways for organizations to work together more effectively.

Our Collective Impact in Solano County

• Awarded 586 scholarships, totaling over $2 million.
• Provided over $550,000 in targeted disaster relief.
• Directed more than $1.6 million to support under-resourced communities.
• Invested over $550,000 in reading and math improvement, funding job readiness and tackling poverty at its roots.
• Allocated more than $470,000 to address longstanding disparities and promote positive change within Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities in Solano County.
