Helpful and Informative.  Lots of great information.  Great attitudes and environment.  Fun and definitely shows that there is a passion for what you are doing. Asked if everyone understood and frequently involved everyone in the room.

Coming into the First-Time Home Buyer class I felt it was going to be a long and boring class.  However, that was not the case at all.  Aidza and Anthony made the class super interactive, informative, and fun. I am happy to walk out of here today knowing a vast amount of information that will help me in my future purchasing.  Thank you Solita’s!

This housing class was well worth the time.  I was surprised at how much I did not know.  (and I have been doing lots of research!) I loved the energy and expression of the instructors!! I appreciate the help and guidance.  Will be following up on virtual counseling.

I loved how informative the class was.  Can honestly say I came in with bleak expectations but now, couldn’t imagine buying a house without it.  The class was fantastic! 

Something else I greatly appreciated was how unbiased the instructors were.  There was clearly no “agenda.”

I look forward to continue working with Solita’s House.

This class really opened my eyes on how important it is for me to make sure I’m credit ready to buy a home.  I appreciated the info on how to use government funding to assist me with purchasing.  I’m leaving this class knowing and feeling confident that with a little work I can become a homeowner.
