There are 31 windows: twenty-one just in the large hall alone.  In addition, the large double doors facing Central Street will be stripped, repaired, primed and painted as well as the intricate frame.  At the roof line, many dentils were added during the roof repair and are primed but not painted.  This work will now be done.  Also, many feet of wooden gutter were replaced, and this too needs final painting.  

The exterior window surfaces will be washed with a mild detergent solution  and all loose paint and glazing compound will be removed.  Eighteen of the sills will be strengthened and filled.  All wood components will be primed with a suitable exterior grade primer.  Any glazing that is broken will be replaced.

After priming, new glazing compound will be inserted as needed.  The door, sash and all other architectural trim will be painted with a high quality exterior grade paint.  Straightforward, but undoubtedly important to the longevity of the building as a whole!
