Something Marvelous, Inc.

A Chicago theatre festival, Something Marvelous was founded in 2013 to celebrate imagination through the genre of magical realism; we believe theatricality can enhance storytelling and deepen an audience’s connection to our universal human experience.  Something Marvelous cultivates new works of magical realism and curates a reflective dialogue with the community to examine, broaden, and embolden the genre.  Our work uses theatricality to awaken imagination and inspire empathy for new perspectives.
