Sonday Ministries and Outreach

We need your donations to assist Sonday Ministry aka Sonday Ministries Outreach, who helps people in need in Woodbridge, Manassas, Fredricksburg, Fairfax and Gainesville, VA. and Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  People who care like you have made it possible for Sonday Ministry Outreach to help senior citizens, veterans and families in our area with food, toiletries, gas, utilities to prevent shut-offs, provide clothes and help to prevent homelessness. We launched in 2003 and now assist disabled veterans, disabled and or shut in elderly citizens and at-risk youth.

Through diverse forms of donations, you also provide staff needs, equipment for our organization for more than 12 years since our founding in 2003. We have senior citizens struggling to live on less than $500 to $920 a month.  Many have to choose between food and lights or medicine.  Others make the choice to buy emergency medicine and are now without lights or even a place to stay.  Poor eating, starvation, and malnutrition are a leading cause of illness and even death for senior citizens.

Families face similar struggles due to the economy and Sonday Ministry Outreach has helped many families to supplement the needs of the homeless. These people are not in some third world country, they are right here in our own backyard, in our schools, and on our streets. They desperately need your help. So many businesses are too passive and uncaring to even take this serious. They distribute the food to the trash rather than human beings for fear of legal issues.  The truth is, by sowing to a charity, legal issues are null and void.

The charity is responsible for the distribution, not the business. For your tax deductible donation, we will render a letter of receipt for tax purposes and certify that you did not receive any goods or services in exchange for your donation.
