Song Summit Foundation’s mission is to use the transformative power of music for wellness.

Song Summit Foundation, born out of the Park City Song Summit, is dedicated to utilizing the power of music to change lives through events, education, and wellness support. We believe that music has the potential to heal, educate, and empower individuals and communities.  We provide access to programs and resources designed to support individuals of all ages and backgrounds in their journey toward improved health, emotional well-being, recovery, and self-expression. 

🎤 During Park City Song Summit the Foundation supports all the wellness activities and wellness focused Lab discussions for the artists and community attending the three-day event. These services and Labs promote a healthy community and serve as platforms for artists to address critical social and health issues, fostering greater awareness and understanding. 

🎵 Song Summit Foundation provides youth access and programming to Park City Song Summit through scholarships. Youth from all over come to Park City Song Summit to perform, gain mentorship, create community, and gain valuable career experience. 

🎸 Beyond Park City Song Summit, the Song Summit Foundation partners with other nonprofits, schools, and community organizations to offer musical events and educational initiatives to cultivate growth, healing, and empowerment for the larger community.

We know music is a catalyst for positive change. It is a universal language that has the power to reach and resonate with people on a deep emotional level. At Song Summit Foundation, we are committed to creating a healthy music ecosystem and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we support.

What have we accomplished WITH YOUR HELP so far in 2024?

• Song Summit Foundation hosted Healing Harmonies at the National Ability Center and in collaboration with SongwritingWith:Soldiers. This event was a beautiful evening of live music and moving stories of the healing process of songwriting for soldiers and veterans. 
• Song Summit Foundation distributed more than 100 complimentary tickets to Summit Country non-profit organizations working in wellness, recovery, and education to the Healing Harmonies event and to Park City Song Summit. 
• Song Summit Foundation provided complimentary wellness activities, clean rooms (for the artists), recovery meetings, and wellness discussions to over 150 artists and 6,000+ attendees during Park City Song Summit.
• Song Summit Foundation funded scholarships for more than 40 youth to participate in Park City Song Summit events. The youth performed, joined lab discussions, met with legendary musicians, gained mentorship, received career experience and created community amongst themselves.
