Our History

Founded in 1989 as a homeless shelter for men in need of food and refuge, Souls Harbor has since grown into a Christian transitional living facility for men in recovery. Since 2015, we have focused on providing long-term care in a safe, sober living environment for those seeking a fresh start.

At Souls Harbor, we believe in offering a hand up, not a hand out. Our goal is to empower residents by providing the tools and resources they need to rebuild their lives. We offer a year-long program that supports men on their journey to recovery and equips them with the foundation they need for lasting success.

Souls Harbor is a place where men can heal, grow, and transform their lives. Through faith-based support, life skills training, and community, we help individuals build the confidence and resilience they need to reintegrate into society and thrive long after they leave.

Our Philosophy

 At Souls Harbor, we believe that all men are created in the image of God, and as such, every man has inherent worth—no matter his past. We understand that true healing and restoration come through a holistic approach, which includes faith, counseling, personal development, and accountability. This philosophy forms the foundation of our Vision and Mission, guiding and inspiring everything we do to help men rebuild their lives.

Our Focus

Our primary focus is to support men who have faced challenges with drug addiction, mental illness, and substance abuse by providing long-term Christian transitional housing. Through this program, we offer a stable, faith-centered environment to help them heal, recover, and build a new future.
