The SBCF was formed from the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce in 2003 to enhance life in our community. We are non-profit, independent charitable foundation that serves Elberta, Foley, Summerdale, Magnolia Springs, Bon Secour, Lillian and Josephine in Baldwin County, Alabama.  The Foundation is comprised of three components:  education enrichment, leadership develoment and community betterment.  The students in our local schools today are tomorrow's workforce and the future leaders of our community.  When you support the efforts of the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation you are helping lay the foundation for our future. The SBCF is located at 112 W. Laurel Ave., Foley, Al, 36535.  For more information see our website at www.sbchamberfoundation.com. Established in 2003 as the education and workforce development arm of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, $2 million in programs and services have been placed back into the schools in our area.  Foundation programs and accomplishments include Youth Leadership Development, Education Enrichment programs, Drug Prevention programs, Tutoring services, Graduation coaches, Link Leaders program, Teacher-Student Grants, Book Give-a-way, Senior Business Etiquette programs, Health and Wellness programs, Dropout prevention programs, Parental Involvment programs (multi-lingual) and community advocacy programs. The SBCF provides services and funding to local schools that are in the Foley High School feeder pattern. These include, Elberta Elementary, Elberta Middle, Foley Elementary, Foley Intermediate, Foley Middle, Magnolia Elementary, Summerdale School, Swift School, St. Benedict's School as well as Foley High School.
