SEICAA provides wrap-around services for southeast Idaho residents finding themselves in a tough economic position. In 2012 SEICAA provided 76,047 units of service to 24,191 southeast Idahoans. Volunteers donated 61,748 hours of their time to our programs.

SEICAA provides emergency services, including food boxes, personal hygiene items and professional donated clothing to income eligible individuals. Once emergency services have been provided, we offer comprehensive services in financial literacy, GED, case management, and asset development programs so individuals break the cycle of poverty and achieve economic stability and independence. SEICAA works with homebuyers to build their own home (Northwest Energy Star Certified) while integrating energy conservation education.
